You can burn 100 calories in just ten minutes’ time by circuit training with this workout that can be done anywhere including your home or on a break at work. 10-Minute, 100 Calorie Workout

     Run in place, high knees- 30 seconds
     Jumping jacks- 30 seconds
     20 pushups
     20 crunches
     Mountain climbers, 30 seconds
     Plank, 30 seconds
     Squats, 30 seconds

Repeat the circuit as many times as you can in 10 minutes for a 100-calorie burn! As you get stronger you will be able to complete the circuit more times in a ten-minute period. If you have longer than 10 minutes to devote to your workout, see if you can double up for a 20-minute workout that will burn 200 calories!
